Together with Resort Host develop and update rate grid and strategy
- Promote, contract, present CIV to following markets : local corporate, local inbound leisure and MICE markets, Asian wholesale markets ( Hong Kong, Singapore, Korea, Japan, China etc.) B2B, also work out promotions if and when needed
- Promote and be in touch with the respective market managers of all OTA for register, update info and pictures, participate with promotions
- Create and develop various packages ( Golf, Family, Honeymoon, Romantic, Soft adventure etc. ) market and distribute in the respective markets and channels
- Initiate flash sales activities locally and overseas
- Contact local and overseas media ( magazines, newspapers, radio, TV ) for exposure and joint promotions
- Contact Banks, Credit cards, Malls etc. for co and joint promotions
- Send press release from time to time
- Send EDM to clients or other Data Base
- Attend local consumer shows, and do pre marketing
- Attend local and selective regional trade shows
- Associate with local attractions ( Golf courses, wineries etc ) for joint marketing activities
- Market the restaurant as - stand alone- once ready
