Facilities & Office Admin Duties
- Manage all incoming call both local and international calls appropriately and courteously before distributing to related staff.
- Update communication directory.
- Welcome company customers, guests and visitors and responsible
Oversee service and being in charge of post, parcels, documents, messengers and forwarders.
- Ensure the cleanliness and tidy of the reception desk and waiting area.
- Manage and oversee maintenance of office space and facilities, equipment and suppliers, renovation and furniture with effective utilization of resources.
- Maintenance of the office facilities; coordinate for any repairs, order stationery, order supplies
- Business Travel Research and book cost effective flights, accommodation and other arrangements for employ business trips.
- Take bookings for the meetings room and ensure all meetings rooms are clean and tidy after each meeting and set up and suitably prepared for the next meeting
Coordinate conference, meetings, seminars and functions.
- To manage Office staff Time Attendant includingOffice Maid
- Responsible for government documentations for the company such as power attorney for visa & work permit, SSO, others..
- Provide administrative and secretarial support to Senior VP Hotel Operations
- Ad-hoc projects as and when assigned or Assists with special projects as assigned.
- Supporting general administrative tasks as assigned
