To operate, trouble-shooting, repair & carry out preventive maintenance of :
all electrical power supply
lighting system, and electrical equipment, mechanical services including hot & cold water system, fire piping & equipment, hot oil heater, emergency generator, sanitary and plumbing system, control air conditioning system, chillers, cooling towers, water pumps, ventilation and exhaust fans, refrigeration and related equipment within the hotel according to schedule, as assigned by his supervisors in accordance with the department standards.
