รายละเอียดงาน
- Responsible for handling both Individual & Group Reservations and maximizing sales opportunities within the hotel, ensuring all queries and bookings are carried out in an accurate and time effective manner
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Group Reservations: Monitoring group pick up, cut off, and rate availability to maximize room revenue and guest satisfaction. Review group contract to ensure accuracy as stated. Ensure confirmations are printed and mails in a timely manner.
- Review rooming lists for all upcoming groups and ensure all details (names, flight details, room requirements, billing) are correct.
- Close collaboration with sales regarding all tentative groups and new requests.
- Attend pre-con meeting with convention department
- Communicate closely with Tour coordinators about the details of all groups.
- Keep up to date on all room rates, special offers and promotions.
- Promote all other Starwood Hotel & Resort properties in the Asia Pacific region and worldwide were possible.
- Ensures complaints and requests are handled with the aim of exceeding guests expectations.
- Ensure a high level of product knowledge is maintained in order to explain services and facilities to clients as required.
- Develop an awareness of local services and facilities.
- Identify opportunities for value added services to increase sales profitability and anticipate client needs.
- Record and process all reservations made by phone, fax or email.
- Ensure that all reservations are made within the guidelines and in the appropriate timeline.
- Maintain an up to date knowledge of the benefits of the loyalty program.
- Comply with all Corporate and Hotel Standards and Procedures.
