Job Description
1.Corporate Accounts Manager must have a
complete understanding of all hotel operations and coordinates with various departments in respect to the relationship of accounting procedures to their department(s)
2.Responsible for the analysis of all revenue and expenses in the Financial report as required review this are with the hotel policies and accounting definitions.
3.Come up with recommendation to the Financial Controller on any remedial action which should be taken in particular areas or functions in the hotel that can improve the profitability or simplify the process in each department.
4.Coordinate and work closely with the External Auditor and Corporate offices to ensure that the quarterly, year-end audit reports are prepared on a timely basis.
5.Assist the Financial Controller in the preparation of all quarterly and annual Board of Directors papers.
6.Handles all insurance matters.
