รายละเอียดงาน
- Have knowledge of all cooking ingredients, techniques, preparation and equipment in sections
- Inspect perishable food items received for quality control, when requested by Executive Chef
- Be instrumental in organizing an efficient flow of production. Check all daily events, delegate and follow up. Make sure your personal assistant will keep the Chef de parties informed at all times
- Mentors, develops and provides on-the-job training to team member to strengthen their current performance and preparation for future advancement
- Responsible for the preparation, productions, presentation of all dishes and ensures highest quality at all times
- Open, professional and friendly verbal communication combined with an ability to receive and follow instructions
