Job Qualifications

- Female, age 30-38 years
- Bachelor Degree in any related fields
- 3-5 years working experience in Recruitment, Training Development and Strategic HR Development
- Good command of English speaking, listening and writing
- Good computer literature able to operate all MS Office applications
- A high level of interpersonal skills to work effectively with others at all levels in the organization
- Strong attention to details, problem solving skills, team spirit and maturity
- High energy person with strong personal commitment to achieving excellence
- Have strong service mind and patient

- Develop people programs according to roadmap and direction
- Develop training and workshops
- Attend to development and growth of FOH staffs
- Develop training programs and check-in at all outlets
- Develop service culture and maintain service quality
- Work with Outlet Managers to improve standards
- Attend to all of FOH employees issues
- Prepare weekly reports detailing points to improve and solutions
- Work with Head Office and liaise between FOH to ensure good communication and accountability, support and cooperation
- Attend to adhoc projects
- Performing various other duties as assigned
