Job Summary
Responsible for accounting operation, budget, and procurement for
controlling Companies- Accounting in Thailand and standardize hostel
policy & procedure.
Job Responsibilities:
1. Managing and overseeing the daily operation of the accounting &
purchasing department per organization chart in Thailand. (Lub d
Co., Ltd. and Common Area Co., Ltd.)
2. Responsible for the accounting operation, forecast, budget and
procurement
3. Supervise / Provide guidance and procedures to daily operation
front and back office on appropriate operation and daily transaction
monitoring
4. Supervise and support all accounting process according company
policies and procedure.
5. Review and check correctness of monthly transaction, adjustment
and ensure all journal entries posted to GL
6. Review the correctness of Phor Phor 30, withholding tax and other
taxes related including annual tax and half year tax.
7. Co-ordination of all credit card and collection efforts,
8. Prepare / review reconcile for balance sheet account and others
account concerning.
9. Provide monthly Financial Reports i.e. P&L, Balance sheet, cash
flow and other report require.
10. Provide analyzing financial report, operating cost and
variances.
11. Updated and Maintain all contact and License
12. Co-ordinate with external auditors and internal auditor for
acknowledge the accounting problems and find out the solutions
together.
13. Maintains financial security by establishing internal controls.
14. Establishing and enforcing proper accounting method, policy
and procedure.
15. Develop and implement all local standard operating
procedures.
