Assistant Human Resources Manager

The ideal candidate should possess at least a university degree in human resources management, business administration, or management with demonstrable relevant experience in human resources management and have knowledge of principles and practices in aspects of human resources, business and management, and project management.

This position is open to Thai Nationals with a good command of English.

The Assistant Human Resources Manager is required to manage human resources functions of both RBSC and RBSC Polo Club in areas of recruitment and placement, employee relations, and safety as well as RBSC security.

The duties include initiating manpower plan including controlling and monitoring of employee headcount, administering recruitment and placement of new staff, managing employee relations and monitoring employee welfare and benefits, and handling employee complaints and grievances including conducting investigation and disciplinary actions when incidents occurred related to human resources, security, and safety.

In addition, he/she shall be responsible for managing the Club- s security and safety activities including the Club- s CCTV system and operations to work efficiently and effectively.
