Marketing

- Managing all marketing for the resort and activities within the marketing/social media team members.

- Developing the marketing strategy for the resort in line with company objectives.

- Co-ordinating marketing campaigns with sales activities.

- Overseeing the resort- s marketing budget.

- Creation and publication of all marketing material in line with marketing plans and following established brand guidelines.

- Planning and implementing promotional campaigns.

- Manage and improve lead generation campaigns, measuring results.

- Overall responsibility for brand management and corporate identity

- Preparing online and print marketing campaigns.

- Monitor and report on effectiveness of marketing communications.

- Creating a wide range of different marketing materials.

- Working closely with design agencies and assisting with new product launches.

- Maintain effective internal communications to ensure that all relevant resort departments are kept informed of marketing objectives.

- Analysing potential strategic partner relationships for company marketing.

- Maintain accurate and updated databases

- Close co-ordination with Six Senses marketing & P R teams

- Preparation of press releases following established brand guidelines

Social Media:

- Overseeing the social media strategy for the company ensuring it aligns with the company- s brand.

- Engaging with customers through the use of social media.

- Keeping up to date with advances in social media technology and the latest social media platforms.

- Maximising followers social media platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Google plus and Pinterest.

- Ensuring that approaches to social media are relevant and appropriate for each medium.

- Monitoring social media for customer comments both positive and negative.

- Building reporting frameworks to evaluate return on investment on the various platforms.

- Engaging with customers to resolve customer service issues and or create positive pr opportunities.

- Continuous research into new relevant social media channels and their impact on the brands marketing.

- Working with the marketing team to look at ways social media can work within wider campaigns.

- Analysing social media insights to guide future social media campaigns.

- Developing a content calendar across all platforms ensuring a constant supply of relevant content.

- Holding workshops for the wider marketing team to explain the importance of social media and how it can impact their campaigns.

- Reporting on social media mentions of the brand internally providing useful feedback to product and marketing teams.

- Searching social media for off-diary stories and content.

- Planning and delivery of community management strategies through social media.

- Deepen relationships with all media to ensure the most effective messaging and positioning of the Academy.

- Lead all areas of content generation and production across all media platforms.

- Drive overall CRM and direct marketing for the Resort.

- Engage other relevant organizations e.g. within the Plant-based community, yoga, mindfulness and wellness communities etc

- Collaborate with sales and sourcing to develop strategic partnership activities and implement the execution framework and strategic plan on identified opportunities.

Requirements of the role:

- Degree in Marketing.

- Strong analytical and project management skills.

- Confident and dynamic personality.

- Strong creative outlook. Strong understanding of content management systems.

- Excellent understanding of digital marketing, search engine optimisation and how social media impacts this.

- Articulate and professional communication skills both in Thai and English.

- Knowledge and strong interest in the health & wellness industry & specifically plant-based foods
