- Minimum 5 years of experience in the management position.
- Food & Beverage Background is advantage
- Excellent communication, Training, Representations and computer skills.
- Ability to delegate where required and must work as a partner with top management in developing a strategic direction and driving excellence
- Possess exceptional people skills with an excellent working track record
- High energy level, and to be able to meet and manage deadlines and motivate employees to excel in a competitive environment
- Good command of written and spoken English
- Creative, self-motivated and able to work as a team
- Strong in building relationships and able to communicate at all levels

- Study all of 72's Food & Beverage Programs
- Develop the company's general standard guidelines and criteria for F&B related items to be used generally for all outlets
- Work with Chefs, Bartenders, Purchasing, Inventory, Outlet Managers ongoingly
- Ensure high standard QC all the time (control and maintain food & drinks quality)
- Work on COG% & waste KPI's
- Ensure top guest experience and train on customer service
- Revamp, revise menus as needed
- Work on F&B promos, packages, sales packages and events
- Train outlet staffs on F&B related tasks
- Ensure cleanliness and safety and hygiene standard
- Prepare weekly reports on all outlets
