- Diploma certificate or Bachelor Degree
- 5-7 years working experiences
- Thai Nationality
- Good in English, Thai and another language will be an advantage
- Working in Shift Roster in the morning or evening. 6 Working Days per Week and 1 Day off per week. (ทำงานได้เป็นกะ 6 วันต่อสัปดาห์ หยุด 1 วัน)
- 5-7 years working experiences

รายละเอียดงาน
- Work in night shift and able to rotating in representing of Front Office Manager's absent on day-off.
- Supervising GSA and report to Front Office Manager
- Prepare arrival registration check-in and departure cashiering check-out of guests.
- Up selling the reservations for hotel rooms, tours, limousine, taxi, food & beverage in our restaurants, treatment for spa & massage, concierge service.
- Preparing daily report for shift
- Assist special request to guests' enquiries
- Solve problems toward any cases happening in the hotel with supervisor and other department in the hotel to serve the guests requiring an assistance.
