Job Qualifications

- Develop and execute content for marketing initiatives, corporate communications, PR and marketing collateral.
- Monitor the marketing and communication efforts and its impact on the business and revenue by conducting monthly analysis.
- Work in collaboration with various parties - colleagues in other business divisions, third party vendors and strategic partners- to ensure smooth flow of information, successful delivery of communication plans and seamless coordination.
- Uphold the company- s brand and ensure consistency of brand image across all channels of communications. This includes supervising the execution of all brand messages, branding and logo usage across all mediums and materials.
- Draft and edit sales and marketing pitches, internal memos, statements, media/PR plans, Q&A- s, key messages and other documents related to corporate initiatives and announcements.
- Supervise the planning and execution of PR campaigns in conjunction with PR companies, for restaurant, events and assisting with on-site press and PR meetings where necessary.
- Strategize, manage and engage with business development efforts to drive business goals and manage assistant team members to do the same.
- Coordinate the production and delivery of corporate stationary, collateral, sales kit and marketing materials working with designers and printers, ensuring all is kept within budgets.
- Coordinate the monthly entertainment schedule and budgets for marketing-driven restaurant events.
- Work with internal event managers and external event managers to support their activities in any sales and marketing capacity required.
- Coordinate and maintain the social media schedule with third party partners, maintaining daily updates of all social media channels, as well as working to increase social media databases.
- Communicate and lead third party contractors such as strategic partners, PR as well as Marketing companies to drive targeted business and increase revenue.
- Actively develop target corporate database and for sales and marketing
- Manage, guide and oversee sales assistant manager- s work scope, activity and event managers- activities.
- Other responsibilities as assigned.
