JOB PURPOSE: Supports and undertakes any job assignments by House Service Manager in all duties of House Service operation and cleanliness levels in all areas of the property in planning, organizing, supervising and coordinating for all supplies and cleaning activities of guest floor and floor staff. Maintains and inspects all guest rooms are in good order and condition.
GENERAL MISSION:
1. Assistant House Service Manager is a key individual in achieving the goals and quality standards of House Service department. Must impact all elements of the department, from standards of cleanliness to associate morale, to budgetary goals, to inter-departmental relations.
2. Assists House Service Manager in planning, organizing the overall public area, guest rooms, laundry and linen room operations as well as maintaining established standards according to our hotel.
3. Assists House Service Manager in coordinating the House Service operations on guest rooms, as well as to maintain high quality standard in accordance to hotel standard.
4. Directing and supervising the four sections, seeing those job assignments are done on time and guided by House Service rules and regulations.
