IT Manager (ผู้จัดการแผนก IT)

Bachelor- s degree or higher in computer engineering, computer science, IT or related field
- Good command of spoken, written and reading in English language
- Minimum 2 years- experience in the in hotel business and 3 years in senior level
- Good knowledge in LAN, Security, wireless, and hospitality solutions and software
- Strong skill in IT infrastructure, database, application and CRM
- Able to work independent with positive attitude
- Computer knowledge: Hardware, Software, Data Base, Networking. Well experienced in systems design,
analysis and project implementation.
- Data Bases: Oracles, SQL
- Strong skill POS machine
- Strong skill API programming
- Strong skill WiFi Management for Hospitality
- Experiences in Hospitality Business or Restaurant will be required.-
- Experience in maintaining Windows server Networks
- Experience in ITIL IT Service Management

To ensure that all I.T. systems in the hotel provide as near as possible uninterrupted service to all departments. To
assist other departments to get the best out of the hotel's I.T. systems.

- To set up, control, monitor for overall IT operation.
- Plan and define and maintain IT security policy of organization
- Make recommendations as to applications software packages to be used.
- Manage the overall configuration
- Enable and disable users on the system
- Train new users on the applications and run a help desk to support users up and running
- Maintain the security of the system
- Maintain E-mail capabilities and Web Site
- Maintain PABX
- Maintain Hospitality software (Opera , EasyFo , CloudBeds)
- Maintain Anti virus on cloud ( Symantec on cloud)
- Perform LAN and WAN system accounting often to allocate costs
- Backup system data and applications
- To ensure that any preventive maintenance required by any I.T. equipment in the hotel is carried out at
the correct time
- To rebuild data corrupted by either hardware or software faults
- To assist other departments to train their employees in the effective use of any I.T. systems
- Manage and control the project according to this plan.
- Co-ordinate between Project Manager, other internal MIS resources and the vendor to ensure that the
hardware requirements are met, network links are acceptable and software installation done correctly
and timely.
- Develop the infrastructure to supporting front and back office hotel function
- Recommends information technology strategies, policies, and procedures by evaluating organization
outcomes, identifying problems, evaluating trends, anticipating requirements
- Managing IT supervisors and helpdesk, assigning their daily jobs, and training them on all needed
theoretical and practical procedures, troubleshooting and support within corporate standards
- Directs technological research by studying organization goals, strategies, practices, and user projects
- Manage financial budget of IT department including purchasing, budgeting and staff
- Ensure the creation and maintenance of all procedures including system and user manuals, license
agreements
- Develop disaster recovery and back-up procedures and information security and control structures
