Night Auditor (Front Cashier)

- At least 2 years experience in Financial or in related field
- Able to night work shifts.
- Possesses a positive and cheerful attitude and mature with a good team work

-Gathers all supporting documents from Front Office check out area necessary for the proper auditing of all settlements for the day. These have to be balanced along with generated revenues and adjustments and collect cash in order to guarantee that the guest ledger is in balance. All errors discovered must be documented and corrected before the completion of the Front Office portion of the night audit.
-Gathers all supporting documents from the food and beverage settlement check out area in order to reconcile all errors discovered must be documented and corrected before the completion of the food and beverage portion of the Night Audit.
-Audit guest ledger charges from all departments and balance to control sheets.
-Determine guest ledger balance at the close of the day from control figures and be certain that the total of all the guest ledger folios are in agreement.
