- Monitor staff's working hours, attendance record and leave record
- Ensures leave record are on tracked and staffs outstanding are cleared
- Responsible for monthly payroll processing and ensure that the payroll is processed in an accurate, compliant and timely manner.
- Coordinate with government sections (the Revenue Department of Thailand, Social Security Office, etc.) regarding Personal Income Tax and other necessary matters.
- Ensures all payroll information and records are maintained in accordance with statutory requirements
- To coordinate all matters of payroll process
- Assist in communication of key messages to all staff. Promote staff communication activities and channels, to encourage and enable feedback from staff.
