- Monitor daily arrivals, departures, VIP list ensuring all requests are carried out wherever possible and all realistic expectations are met and ensure all reservations are honored.
- To anticipate guest needs and handle guest inquiries in a helpful and attentive manner.
- Have a complete knowledge of hotel policies and procedures.
- Report health, safety, and security hazards to the assistant manager-front office, and/or manager on duty.
- Ensure working area is clean and tidy at all times.
- All calls must be answered within 3 rings. Answer the phone in a clear and courteous voice and not rush. Hotel standards of receiving incoming calls must be followed.
- Ensure recognition of guests when they call from rooms.
-To perform check-in, check-out and cashiering for hotel guests.
