Qualifications :
- At least Bachelor's Degree in Hotel Management or related field.
- Have experience as the EAM/ Resident Manager more than 2 years.(preferable with experience from 4-5 stars international brand hotel)
- In-depth knowledge in both operations and sales of the hospitality industry.
- Effective management and supervisory skills.
- Proactive, initiative, result-oriented with pleasant personality, service minded, confident, and excellent team leader.
- Good interpersonal skills, analytical thinking and problem solving.
- Ability to respond guests effeciently and work well under pressure and meet targets given as planned.
- Excellent proficiency in both written & spoken English and computer literate.
- Working at Pattaya.

Mainly responsible for the commercial result of sales strategy and the efficiency of the day-to-day operations of the hotel. This position requires
- Responsibility of quality of services, budget control, facilities' standards
- Planning work schedule for individual and team and ensuring harmony among staff.
- Ensuring compliance with licensing law, health and safety.
- Responsible for the overall maintenance of the establishment, and guest satisfaction.
