รายละเอียดงาน
1. Effectively coordinate and supervise all assigned golf course activities, including tee time reservations, pro shop services; develop, implement and market golf programs and services;
2. Being responsible for processing cash and card payments in line with Nikanti Golf Club Policies
3. To proactively contact guests to ensure a 100% rate on reservation accuracy on information
4. Actively welcome golfers acting as a Personal Golf Relations Officer for Nikanti Golf Club
5. Checking in golfers being constantly aware of different check in procedures
6. Keep Pro Shop organized and clean, and in working order on a daily basis maintaining adequate levels of merchandise.
7. Assisting shoppers to find the goods and products they are looking for, giving advice and guidance on product selection to customers.
8. Working closely with the starters, marshals and F&B to ensure smooth operation and traffic flow on the course and outlets
