**This position is based at Chiang Mai**
- Receive and convert incoming enquiries to achieve targets and maximize revenue
- Participate in hotel promotional activities
- To effectively deal with incoming function enquiries taking down the relevant information and questioning the client
- To update and manage press, magazine and blogger with current offers and promotions
- To keep hotel photos, release and other materials on file for publicity
- Be able to use Facebook and any newest social media for sharing hotel information/promotion
