- Remain continuously alert and vigilant.
- Make statements, as required, to officials
- Monitor and record the issue and return of all sensitive gaming equipment.
- Maintain surveillance of patrons and staff alike so as to be aware of any potential problem that may arise.
- Resolve disputes by reviewing footage as required.
- Monitor the entire Drop Box procedure involving the collection, replacement and transport of the Boxes from the table to soft count.
- Ensure all company policies and procedures are strictly adhered to. Any breach of policy or procedure must be reported to the Surveillance Supervisor / Shift Manager.
