Account Payable Supervisor

Knowledge of Sun System, Excel program
Knowledge of Accounts Payable, Banking Regulations and internal controls.
Knowledge of automated financial and accounting reporting systems.

Provide paid accounts payable
Control Daily work and general ledger transaction under the finance standard
Answer all reasonable supplier requests in a professional and courteous manner.
Produce and review monthly A/P Distribution report and perform the A/P month end close.
Prepare VAT purchase report and reconcile with general ledger.
