- A good understanding of Social media and Digital Marketing
- Good level of competence in written and spoken English
- Strong teamwork skills, service minded

- Create content, write content in various formats suitable for social media to promote sales
- Find the right media to coordinate advertising campaigns
- Taking care of influencers when they arrive and follow up the photos from them
- Participate in the management of the Company's online media as assigned
- Responding to customer enquiries and providing hotel information support and affiliates through online channels, TripAdvisor, OTAs, Google and other channels
- Respond to customer chats from online channels such as Facebook, Instagram, Line etc.
- Coordinate and manage documents. Follow up on financial documents with online media, influencers as assigned
