- Full skill in operating room division task (Front Office, Housekeeping and Room Maintenance)
- Minimum 3-4 years experience in the room management role, hotel work.
- Strong management and communication skills
- Good communication in English both writing and speaking
- Ability to work under pressure
- Have marketing skills in social media
- Assists in managing the execution of all operation in the rooms area departments (e.g., Front Office, Housekeeping)
