-ensure that financial statements are correct as per accounting standard & company policies
-analyze financial information & prepare financial reports in a monthly basis or as requested and needed
-coordinate & prepare P&L and balance sheet financial statements monthly to meet due dates in a timely manner
-participate in the preparation of yearly budget, its forecast and assist with annual budgets-prepares allocations
-manage tax affairs of the company & coordinate with government agencies
-provide support, guidance & advice to all managed properties as needed
-work with external & internal auditors during financial & operational audits
-maintain system of accounts and keep records on all company transactions and assets
