Sales Manager (Corperate & Government) Bangkok Based

- Minimum education of Bachelor degree in Hotel & Tourisms Management, Business Administration, Marketing or relevant discipline.
- Minimum 5 years experienced in the sales and marketing in hotel business or related experience.
- Possess good market khowledge.
- Result Oriented. Polished personal presentation with warm, Confident and hospitable personality.
- Have a positive attitude toward challenges and the drive to excel.
- Possess professional with excellent communication and interpersonal.
- Strive for result (Success oriented, Data finder, Initiate/pro-active).
- Flexible to respond to a range of different work situations.
- Have excellent communication skills in written and spoken English.

- Develop and implement sales strategies to align with the Company's direction and growth and Study the current market trends and identify improvements.
- Maintain existing business accounts and develop new accounts through aggressive and creative sales and marketing programs.
- Negotiate contracts with major corporate accounts.
- Conduct benchmarks and market analysis for implement the sales plan.
- Pursue monthly set targets and Achieve sales objectives and goals as set by the management.
- Conduct sales presentations to our prospective clients.
- Represent Hotel & Resort Group in promotional events and trade shows.
- Accounts review during monthly sales meetings and to discuss on strategies to achieve the set target.
- Timely submission of weekly and monthly sales report.
