+ Thai nationality only

+ Proficient in English and Thai

+ Minimum 1 year of experience in operations of the Front Office or in a similar capacity.

+ A Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management or High school graduate or any relevant extensive work experience.

+ Knowledgeable in Front Office Operations and Opera System / Hotel time System.

+ Responds to all guest reservation requests and executes prompt, courteous and accurate guest service at all times.

+ Fully knowledgeable about all rooms type, rates, promotions, amenities, programs, hotel facilities and services.

+ Handles daily correspondence. Responds to inquiries and make reservations as needed.

+ Processes reservations by mail, telephone or central reservation systems referral

+ Knows the credit policy, policy of the hotel and how to code each reservation.

+ Knows the hotel's policy on guaranteed reservations and no-shows.

+ Prepares letters of confirmation.
