- Leads and Manages F&B team
- Ensures guest and employee satisfaction while maintaining market awareness
- Manages financial objectives and cost control
- Ensure all food related items are offer in highest standard
- Maintain Cleanliness and hygiene
- Respect the food health and safety standards and procedures
- Adapt work volume of guests, to special events and particular guests
- Manage inventories and order for food products -- Respect and apply Safety Guidelines and HACCP regulations
- Respect a tight waste control
