Housekeeping Manager [ผู้ช่วยผู้จัดการแผนกแม่บ้าน]

1. at least 5 years of HOTEL experience as Asst HKM, at least 3 in HKM position
2. Strong Leadership abilities and organizational skills
3. Strong Operational/Technical Knowledge
4. Thinks out of the box and able to drive change
5. Successful Hotel Pre-opening experience IS an advantage

1. Responsible for the operation of the Housekeeping Department, i.e. guest room floors, public areas, laundry, uniforms and linen
2. Overall responsible for the cleanliness of the hotel
3. Supervises all housekeeping hosts, has the authority to hire or discharge, plans and assigns work assignments, give training for newly recruited hosts, audit and inspects housekeeping personal work assignment and requisition supplies
4. Work within the budget and control for the department
5. Maintains a lost & found department and is responsible for all lost & found items. Determines the rightful owner and sends email
