? Bachelor's degree in hospitality management or a related field is preferred.
? Proven experience in front office or guest services, with at least 2-3 years in a supervisory role.
? Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
? Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
? Familiarity with hotel management software and other relevant technologies.
? Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
Assistant Front Office Manager for The Regent Cha Am Beach Resort
Guest Services:
? Assist guests with check-in, check-out, and inquiries to ensure a positive guest experience.
? Handle guest complaints and resolve issues promptly.
? Maintain a high level of customer service and professionalism.
Staff Supervision:
? Assist in recruiting, training, and supervising front office staff, including front desk agents, bellmen, and concierge.
? Create work schedules and assignments for staff.
? Provide guidance and support to team members.
Front Desk Operations:
? Monitor the front desk and lobby area to ensure a clean, organized, and welcoming environment.
? Oversee room assignments and reservations to maximize occupancy.
? Handle financial transactions, such as cash handling and credit card authorization.
Reports and Analytics:
? Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports related to occupancy, revenue, and guest feedback.
? Analyze data to identify trends and make recommendations for improvement.
Training and Development:
? Assist in conducting staff training on customer service, front desk procedures, and property-specific policies.
? Promote a culture of continuous learning and development within the team.
Security and Safety:
? Ensure that all security and safety protocols are followed by staff and guests.
? Act as a point of contact during emergency situations.
Technology and Systems:
? Proficiently use property management systems and other front office software.
? Assist in troubleshooting technical issues and training staff on system usage.
