Reservation Officer

Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role in a luxury five-star hotel/resort

? To provide seamless coordination between the Resort and the Reservation team
? To handle and manage all the guest inquiries received via social media & Line
? Handling E-mails, phone calls, and guest requests related to Soneva Kiri
? To ensure that all payments are followed up and received on time so that we do not face any monetary losses due to a negligence from the Reservations team
? To attend all Reservations-related tasks such as creating reservations, sending confirmations and
invoices, and all other tasks per company standards.
? Upsell the guest?s activities, destinations dining, and experiences
? To ensure all reservations loaded in Opera are correct as per the previous communications thread (only
for the property where the host is based in)
? To conduct FILE CHECKS of 3 and 14 days, this includes following up on ALL details like double-checking guest names, international and domestic flights, payment (in some cases), profile check, meal plans, preferences, MSP is completed, booking chef dinners, experiences etc.
? Uploads proforma invoices in the correspondence drive at least three days prior the guest?s arrival.
? Ensures the rates are matching between the Correspondence and our PMS Opera
? Generates ALL type of pre-arrivals correspondence
? Update the lead tracker on daily basis and do the required follow-ups
