- Bachelor's degree or higher
- Thai nationality , age between 35-45 years old
- At least 7 years experience
- Good communication in English
- Ability to handle multi-tasks
- Pleasant personality & Service oriented
- Pre opening experience
- Draws up the marketing plan annually with Director of sales ensure plan is adhered and monitors it progress, update the plan if necessary (quarterly)
- Oversees the administration of sales team
- Daily correspondence with clients
- Follow up sales report & sales target
- Marketing analyze of hotel business, competitors update
Key Activities
- Establish regular contact with major associations and government department which specialize in corporate business
- Maximiza hotel revenue both room revenue , F&B revenue and others
- Create and promote hotel package / promotion and advertising in order to deal knowledgeable with clients
