? Bachelor of Arts Program in English, Hotel management or related feilds
? Fluent in English to meet business needs and preferably have a good command of Food & Beverage department related expressions.
? Excellent administration and IT skills
? Committed to delivering a high level of customer service, both internally and externally
? Flexibility to respond to a range of different work situations
Ability to work under pressure
? Good organization, interpersonal and communication skills.
? Proficient with word-processing and spreadsheets.
? Good translation capabilities.
? Able to type fast and accurately.
? Have experience in secretarial work for 3 years or more
