Communications Centre Agent

1.To be responsible for the planning and organizing of training of all Operator team members.
2.To assist in the interviewing and hiring of all Operator team members.
3.To be conversant with the Hotel's communication and call accounting systems.
4.To regularly appraise and encourage development of all Operator team members.
5.To be fully conversant with the Hotel's emergency system and to ensure the correct procedure is known and carried out at all times.

This position is concerned with maintaining the highest level of service in the providing the most efficient communication system for the Hotel, to ensure all policies of the Hotel are carried out to the highest standard and to undertake any other duties and responsibilities as required by Management.
