? Current holder of food hygiene qualification and certificate
? Expertise in relevant Food Production area (Kitchen, Bakery or Pastry)
? Knowledge of Food Safety and Food Quality Standards
รายละเอียดงาน
Job Duties
? Work as part of production team, prepare, cook and dispatch food on daily basis, ensuring consistency of presentation, production quantities and portion control as per standardized menus and / or recipes.
? Set up of all front production food areas ensuring the chain unit is ready to work.
? Use the production equipment as per the Standard Operating Procedures
? Ensure that the finished products are correctly labeled
? Ensure that no Expiry products are used in the production cycle
? Ensure that Product traceability is maintained by identifying which batch is used in which production.
? Undertake cleaning duties including general cleaning of equipment and production areas
