Sr. Sales Manager

- Thai nationality only.
- Age not over 45 Years
- Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management or equivalent.
- At least 7 years of relevant experience.
- Knowledge in the hospitality industry.
- Good spoken and written English.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially PowerPoint & Excel.
- Confident, good organizational & people development skills.

Outgoing personality and positive work attitude, excellent team player with negotiation skills

- To promote the hotel in his/her assigned area/territory and to achieve optimal sales at the best possible conditions for the company to update with the market.
- Drive manage and maintain robust positive relations with all key accounts.
- Maintains professional business confidentiality.
- Provide service that is sincere, warm and enthusiastic, ensuring Guests & colleague- s satisfaction at all times
- Responsible for prospect and sell accommodation on behalf of the hotel as well as maintenance of communications to keep customers, prospects and the hotel Sales Department fully informed of existing market trends and conditions, thereby, keeping up sales production, ensuring that sales activities/individual and group bookings are focused to yield maximum revenue per room occupied.
