Assistant Front Office Manager [ผู้ช่วยผู้จัดการแผนกต้อนรับ]

- Thai nationality only.
- Age not over 45 years.
- Male or female, Thai nationality, aged not over 40 years old.
- Bachelor Degree or higher in any field.
- At least 3-5 years experience in position of Hotel, Service Apartment or related field.
- Pleasant personality & Service oriented.
- Good communication in English.
- pre opening experience

- Check report Room revenue, arrival and departure of guests, VIPs and groups, All special request, Review log book
- Spot check cash floats and related documents to ensure amount is correct before sent all document to the accounting department.
- Recheck room assignment (correctness, appropriate), Check high balance and take appropriate action
Recheck all payment and deposit of new arriving customer are completed, Recheck payment of prepaid booking
- Room Inspection
- Supervises workload during shifts / Training
- Perform other duties as request by management, other working paper
- Check arrival, departure, VIP on next day / Long term new arrival in next 14 days with block room for PM
