Guest Service Agent [GSA]

-At least a High Vocational diploma in any relevant discipline, or extensive work experience for a minimum of 1 year of similar operations capacity or in the role of Front Office.

-Knowledgeable in Front Office Operations, PMS and industry-related IT Systems.

-Good spoken/written communication skills in English and Chinese/or can communicate in a third language.

-Holds a professional, curious, outgoing, and caring personality with excellent interpersonal skills.

Responsibly adhere to company policies and protocols; establish efficiency and consistently improve service quality by responding to our guest?s demands; realistically enhance strong brand identity at high standards with a genuine commitment to the hotel concept.
