Assistant Talent Acquisition Manager

Qualifications, Skills and Experience Required

Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management, or similar.
2-3 years of experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist, Human Resources Supervisor or Assistant Human Resources Manager or similar with Resort or Hotel experience.
Certification obtained from the HR Certification Institute would be advantageous.
Experience in full-cycle recruiting, sourcing, and employment branding.
Understanding of all selection methods and techniques.
Excellent communicator and well-organized.
Willingness to understand the duties and competencies of different roles.

This role requires a candidate with excellent interpersonal skills as you work closely with others across different departments. Talent Acquisition responsibilities include sourcing, and screening candidates through various channels.
