Responsibilities:

- Assist in the recruitment and selection process, including screening resumes, conducting initial interviews, and coordinating interview schedules
- Support onboarding and orientation programs for new hires
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and personnel files
- Provide administrative support for employee relations issues
- Assist with the coordination of performance review processes
- Provide general HR support and assistance to managers and employees as needed
