-Male/Female Not over 50 years old.
-Minimum 3-4 years experience in the room
management role, hotel work.
-Full skill in operating room division task (Front
Office, Housekeeping , Maintenance and Security)
-Strong management and communication skills.
-Good communication in English both writing and
speaking
-Ability to lead, motivate and develop a team of
individuals.
-Detailed knowledge of working practices of Front
Office.
-Detailed knowledge of computer and hotel software
systems.
-Supporting to the General Manager for over-seeing
all aspects of day-to-day hotel operations
including guest services, maintenance,
housekeeping, and Security.
-Actively manages the financial statement, reviews
and critiques performance in a timely fashion.
Teaches the process to all members of the
management team.
-Assesses and reviews the job performance of
subordinates and maintains personnel records of
assigned employees.
-Fully utilizes and follows through a guest
comment programs. Responds quickly to
deficiencies and takes corrective action.
