4.มีใจรักงานบริการ ยิ้มแย้ม แจ่มใส
5.เป็นคนมีความรับผิดชอบในงานที่มอบหมายและตรงต่อเวลา
6.ทัศนคติดี มองโลกในแง่บวก พร้อมเรียนรู้สิ่งใหม่ๆ
7.สามารถทำงานภายใต้แรงกดได้ดี
8.ซื่อสัตย์ ขยัน อดทน และมีใจรักงานบริการ
9.มีความสามารถในการสื่อสารและการประสานงาน
10.สามารถทำงานในกะกลางคืนได้**

-Supervise and assist front desk operations, including check-ins, check-outs, and guest inquiries.
-Ensure a warm and welcoming atmosphere for all guests arriving or staying overnight.
-Respond promptly and effectively to guest complaints or requests, resolving issues to enhance guest satisfaction.
-Assist with any special guest needs, including late-night room service or emergency requirements.
-Handle guest billing inquiries and process payments accurately.
-Maintain inventory of office and guest supplies, ensuring necessary items are available during the night shift.
-Ensure adherence to company policies, guest privacy, and data security.
-Oversee the hotel?s night audit process, ensuring financial procedures are accurately completed.
-Prepare and submit daily night shift reports to the Front Office Manager.
