> Certificates in related safety skills. (CPR, First Aid and Basic Fire Fighting)
> Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in a similar capacity.
> Good English communication skills.
> Pass Training in aviation security awareness.
> Competency-management skill, communication skill, decision making skill, non-biased, analytical skill, human factors skills, leadership skill, patience.
> No criminal record.

> Responsible in ensuring a safe environment for the hotel employees and guests, and safeguards the assets of the hotel. The Chief Security assists the Management, employees and guests in every way that is consistent with the protection and prevention objectives.
> Define Company overall security policy for acceptance by senior management.
>Develop and promulgate Hotel-wide security standards and practices.
