? Directly responsible for all Restaurants and Beverage areas, ensuring a smooth running, profitable operation within the framework of the Club.
? Responsible to maintain the overall welfare of our Associates by providing them with the training and resources to take care of our members / guests.
? Develop & enforce standards, policies & procedures in the restaurants & beverage areas.
? Achieve departmental Budget goals by maintaining efficient cost expenditure.
? To ensure that Managers are responsible for the department Profit & Loss Statement.

? To ensure that the departments are accurately forecasting business demands on a weekly basis to ensure efficient staffing & food production.
? To ensure the efficient scheduling of management and associates.
? Supervise completion & critique of wage progress report on a weekly basis.
? To ensure the awareness & enforcement of all British Club Bangkok?s S.O.P.?s.
? To develop & execute plans /actions for the marketing of restaurant outlet offerings.
? To develop and implement Manager, Supervisor training plans on a quarterly basis in conjunction with HOD.
? To support the departmental daily briefing program.
? To be responsible for the execution of all food and beverage associate reviews and appraisals in a professional and timely manner.
? To supervise all aspects of Associate management including hiring and discipline in conjunction with the General Manager.
? To train subordinate managers and supervisors in effective ?coaching and counseling? and the correct process of progressive discipline.
? To ensure that departments conduct an effective monthly Associate meeting with minutes forwarded to the General Manager and HOD.
? To practice ?open door? policy to all Associates and to lead by example.
? Ensure that all Managers and Associates follow all job safety regulations and that all hazards are reported to General Manager& Engineering.
? Ensure that departments are responsible for asset management of outlet property & facilities.
? To ensure that departments conduct a maintenance inspection on a monthly basis.
? Promote positive inter-department relations through candid communication & cooperation.
? To answer all client / member requests in a four hour window when possible and double check / follow up with the client to ensure customer satisfaction.
? Perform any reasonable request made of management which is not life threatening or against the law.
