* Develop and implement website updates, new pages, features, and content, optimizing for performance and SEO.
* Collaborate with developers to ensure seamless implementation of design solutions.
* User Experience Research & Design.
* Conduct user research and analysis to understand target audience needs and perferences.
* Develop user personas, user flows, and wireframes to gude design decisions.
* Conduct usability testing to identify areas for improvement and optimize user experience.
* Conversion Optimization.
* Implement A/B testing and other optimization strategies to improve website and marketing campaign performance.
* Analyze website analytics and marketing data to identify trends and insights.
* Use data-driven insignts to inform design decisions and improve conversion rates.
