- Strong command of Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO and SEM platforms, and OTA advertising tools.
- Proficiency in analytics and tracking tools including GA4, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, Looker Studio, and SEO tools such as Google Search Console.
- Demonstrated ability to optimize campaigns for ROI, conversions, and audience engagement.
- Strong analytical and communication skills, with fluency in both English and Thai (written and spoken).
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, or a related field.
- Relevant certifications in Google Ads, GA4, Meta Blueprint, or SEO tools are preferred.
Digital Marketing Specialist (Hospitality and F&B)
1.Paid Media Management
-Plan, launch, and optimize PPC campaigns across Google Ads, including Search, Display, and Performance Max, Meta Ads on Facebook and Instagram, and programmatic or DSP channels.
-Manage paid media on OTA platforms such as Booking.com, Agoda, Expedia, and TripAdvisor, including Travel Ads, sponsored listings, and rate visibility optimization.
-Develop and manage metasearch strategies for platforms like Trivago, Google Hotel Ads, and Kayak to maximize competitiveness in direct bookings.
2.SEO and SEM Strategy and Execution
-Execute on-page and technical SEO initiatives, including keyword research, schema, link-building, and content improvements.
-Manage SEM campaigns with bid strategies, ad copy testing, and landing page optimizations across Google and Bing.
3.Analytics and Performance Reporting
-Build and manage performance dashboards using GA4, Looker Studio, Meta Business Suite, and OTA analytics platforms.
-Track and report on KPIs such as ROAS, CPA, CPC, CTR, CVR, organic traffic, occupancy, and direct versus OTA bookings.
-Provide regular performance reports and actionable insights to stakeholders.
4.Campaign Optimization and Testing
- Conduct A/B and multivariate testing across creatives, audiences, keyword sets, and landing pages.
-Identify underperforming campaigns for optimization and scale high-performing initiatives.
5.Tracking Infrastructure and Technical Setup
-Implement and manage tracking through Google Tag Manager, GA4, Meta Pixel, and OTA channel tags.
Manage audience segmentation, remarketing lists, and smart bidding strategies across ad platforms.
6.Cross-functional Collaboration
-Work closely with the account manager and content team to align campaign messaging and priorities.
-Coordinate with third-party vendors and digital platforms for performance delivery.
-Prepare and present marketing performance summaries to leadership.
