Cluster Director of Marketing

Bachelor?s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field. Master?s degree is a plus.

Proven experience in a leadership role managing multi-property or regional marketing.

Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools, analytics platforms, and media planning.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.

Creative, strategic thinker with a hands-on approach.

Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.

We are seeking a dynamic, results-driven Cluster Director of Marketing to lead the marketing strategy and execution for our cluster of hotels. This role will oversee all marketing activities across multiple properties, ensuring brand consistency, revenue growth, and strong market presence through digital marketing, public relations, brand partnerships, and campaign management.
