Diploma or Bachelor?s Degree in Hotel Management or related field

Minimum 2?3 years? experience as a Supervisor or Restaurant Manager in a hotel or upscale restaurant

Strong leadership, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills

Good English communication and guest handling skills

Knowledge of POS systems and restaurant operations

To oversee the daily operations of Gravity 87, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, efficient service, team leadership, and profitability. The Restaurant Manager is responsible for service quality, staff performance, and achieving revenue targets.
