- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or related field
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication in Thai and English
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- High level of professionalism and attention to detail
- Manage and organize the Director's schedule, meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Handle internal and external communication on behalf of the Director (emails, calls, memos, etc.)
- Coordinate meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action items.
- Prepare presentations, reports, and documents as needed (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
- Maintain accurate records, files, and databases related to Sales & Marketing activities.
- Support with campaign coordination, event planning, and promotional activities.
- Liaise with internal departments (Reservations, Revenue, Front Office, etc.) and external partners (agents, media, suppliers).
- Assist in managing deadlines, priorities, and follow-ups.
- Handle confidential information with discretion.
- Perform other administrative tasks and ad-hoc projects as assigned.
